Cloud Provider Terms of Service

Use of AI models through CBorg is subject to the terms of service of the underlying cloud provider and, in some cases, the original model developer. The applicable agreements are summarized below.

Google Models (Gemini and Open-Weight Models via MaaS)

Gemini models and open-weight models served via Google’s Model as a Service (MaaS) offering are subject to the NASA SEWP contract through Optivor (reseller).

AWS Bedrock / Bedrock Mantle Models

Models served via AWS Bedrock or Bedrock Mantle are subject to the AWS DOE Contract via Carahsoft (reseller).

Anthropic Models (via Google Vertex AI or AWS Bedrock)

In addition to the Google or AWS contract terms above, use of Anthropic models (Claude) is also subject to:

Anthropic Claude via Google Vertex AI (Fable)

Models accessed via the Google Vertex AI Fable integration are additionally subject to:

• Google Advanced AI Safety Addendum

xAI Models (via Google or AWS)

In addition to the Google or AWS contract terms above, use of xAI models (Grok) is also subject to:

MCP Services

Context7 MCP

The Context7 MCP service is provided under a commercial paid subscription agreement:

• Context7 Service Addendum (Upstash / Context7)

Valency MCP

The Valency MCP service is provided under a proprietary agreement between Berkeley Lab and Valency AI.

Data Classification

CBorg Chat and CBorg API are NOT cleared for use with Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), Personally Identifiable Information (PII), NDA-protected material, CRADA data, or any other controlled or sensitive information.
